A short film that captures the continued desperation of El Paso Mayor Dee Margo and City Council in their effort to build a “sports arena” in Barrio Duranguito.
At the invitation of the mayor, Fred Morales, a grassroots historian without credentials proceeds to grind his axe against PhD. degreed El Pasoans Dr. Max Grossman, Dr. David Romo and Dr. Yolanda Leyva who are leading the fight against mayor Margo and the City and their abusive efforts to culturally cleanse the Union Plaza neighborhood and remove much of our historical and ethnic heritage for the arena.
